Adina Kalet, MD, MPH is a medical education researcher and Director of the Robert D. And Patrícia E. Kern Institute for the Transformation of Medical Education. She has written extensively on clinical skills assessment, measuring professional identity formation, mentoring and performance-based assessment and co-edited the textbook Remediation in Medical Education: a mid-course correction. She really enjoys working with medical trainees who struggle academically or with professionalism.
