Dr. Aimee Gardner is an Industrial Organizational Psychologist, and serves as Professor and Associate Dean at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. In these roles, she helps provide guidance to both trainees and faculty as it pertains to medical education research, faculty development, team training, and assessment. Dr. Gardner is also co-founder of SurgWise, an educational technology group specializing in providing selection and assessment solutions to medical training programs and organizations.
