Asela is a medical educator with over 15 years of experience in curriculum and assessment development. Asela obtained his medical degree in Sri Lanka and completed his PhD on the development of a workplace-based assessment on teamwork and intern preparedness at the University of New South Wales. Asela has first author publications in many high impact medical education journals including Academic Medicine, Medical Education and Medical Teacher.
