Chang How is a nurse educator in Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Singapore. He is primarily responsible for overseeing the training and development of Healthcare Assistants (HCAs). In addition, he provides support for the hospital's training needs and initiatives. These include providing training for life support training programs, hospital orientation program for new nurses, and other in-house training for nurses and HCAs. As a member of the department's digital innovations and transformation team, he is also engaged in piloting the adoption of digital innovations for pedagogical design. He also serves as the secretary of Emergency Nurses Chapter of Singapore Nurses Association.
