Dr. Constance LeBlanc is a tertiary care Emergency Physician and Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine at Dalhousie University in Halifax Nova Scotia, Canada. She also serves as President and CEO for the Association of Faculties of Medicine of Canada. A lifelong learner, she holds a Master of Arts in Education, a master’s degree in business and technology, and is a Canadian Certified Inclusion Professional. Dr. LeBlanc particularly enjoys teaching and has provided education in clinical medicine, leadership, Equity-Diversity-Inclusion-Accessibility regionally, nationally, and internationally. She has made meaningful contributions to the EDIA literature, and this is also the focus of her most recent research and presentations
