Dr. Boatright is Vice Chair of Research at Ronald O. Perelman Department of Emergency Medicine at NYU Grossman School of Medicine and graduate of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Clinical Scholars program. Dr. Boatright’s research focuses on healthcare workforce diversity, inclusion, and equity with an emphasis on medical education. Dr. Boatright’s prior work has demonstrated racial/ethnic disparities in medical student performance evaluations and in Alpha Omega Alpha honor society membership. Additionally, Dr. Boatright’s research has shown how accreditation policies in medical education can impact physician workforce diversity.
