Elina Ng is an Associate Professor of Medical Education (Assessment Lead) at Curtin Medical School. She has over 13 years of experience in medical education across two different medical schools in Western Australia. Elina is passionate about integrating assessment into medical and health professional education curricula to support student learning and enable informed decisions on their progression. With a background in curriculum studies, sociology, and psychology of education, as well as a PhD in measurement and evaluation in education, Elina's research interests include programmatic assessment, competency assessment in medical and health professional education, action research, comparative education, and humanism in medical education.
