Eugene is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of nursing experience. Eugene commenced his career in oncology nursing and has worked in private and public healthcare institutions. With a passion for developing competency and building capability for a future-ready workforce, Eugene pursued his passion for education. He oversaw pre-professional and continuing education and eventually headed the nursing education and development department of a tertiary hospital. He also has academic experience in both autonomous universities and private education institutions. He oversaw development of continuing and professional education programmes to upskill lifelong learners as well as leads the academic delivery of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
