Associate Professor Helen Wozniak is the academic lead assessment in the Academy for Medical Education. My career in health professions education spans several decades and is currently focused on designing whole of program systems of assessment that develop student’s professional capabilities. This includes harnessing the value of assessment information from digital platforms to support students and supervisors to maximise opportunities for learning. I have led several educational design research projects and am passionate about enabling all stakeholders in health professions education to translate evidence-based learning principles into their daily practice.
