Jon has over 15 years of experience in managing development and analysis of exams and assessments for educational institutions. He completed an MEd in Measurement, evaluation, statistics and assessment as well as a Master's in Business Administration. His recent focus has been on the implementation of software solutions for item banking an exam delivery in remote and in person settings as well as working on the development of new assessment tools and capabilities.
