I was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco. Mexico. I am a pediatric oncologist, teacher, and doctoral candidate in educational sciences. I care and accompany children with cancer as a doctor at the La Raza IMSS National Medical Center and Moctezuma Pediatric Hospital of CDMX. On the education side, I am an academic coordinator and full-time professor at the Universidad Anáhuac México and a professor of the medical specialty of pediatrics and of the specialty courses of oncology nursing and intensive care nursing. I am interested in the education and assessment of competencies, the teaching of humanism and professional identity, as well as the competencies for the accompaniment in the death of our patients.
