Josephine serves as Director of Policy and Projects at the Australian Pharmacy Council (APC). APC is the national accreditation authority for pharmacist training and education. In her role she has been leading APC’s work to introduce workplace based assessment for pharmacy graduates undertaking supervised practice as part of the requirements for pharmacist registration. This work has included development of an assessment blueprint, and an initial suite of workplace based assessment tools and guidance. Josephine holds a Master in Public Health and a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and has a keen interest in health professions education research.
