Karen D'Souza is the Course Director for the Doctor of Medicine course, Deakin University. She also holds the role of Co-Chair of the Australasian Collaboration for Clinical Assessment in Medicine (ACCLAiM) and the MDANZ Student Support Network; and Chair of the MDANZ Professionalism Special Interest Group. She is passionate about clinical assessment, developing professionalism in learners, and partnering with students to help them flourish during and beyond medical school.
