Karina Dancza, PhD (Occupational Therapy), has over 20 years of experience as an occupational therapist, including 10 years working with children in Australia and the UK, and holding a policy leadership position at the Royal College of Occupational Therapists (UK). She has an additional 13 years of experience in academia in the UK and Singapore. Karina has authored a range of publications focusing on teaching and learning methods and occupational therapy professional concepts. Among these publications is a textbook supporting student workplace education, as well as another book on a topic she is passionate about - professional supervision.
