My career in health, nursing and education spans over 30 years and includes experience in community and primary health care, acute clinical practice, tertiary education, research, leadership and management. Quality in health and education is the motivation for my involvement in the development of undergraduate health science programmes in New Zealand and Australia that involves curriculum alignment and in Aotearoa, encompasses Te Tiriti O Waitangi alongside Cultural Safety.
