Kellie Charles is a passionate educator in pharmacology and prescribing skills development in the Sydney Pharmacy School, University of Sydney. She been involved in redeveloping medical education and biomedical science curriculum over the last 15 years. Her research areas extend to utilising design thinking approaches in educational pedagogical innovations and evaluating implementation using realist evaluation. Kellie was awarded the Australasian Pharmacology Society's Outstanding Excellence in Teaching Award in 2020 and a Senior Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy in UK in 2021.
