As Director of Assessment at the Medical Council of Canada (MCC), I oversee the team responsible for developing and delivering MCC assessment solutions, including content development, exam delivery, day-to-day operations, psychometrics and research. Through engagement with stakeholders and colleagues, I spearhead strategic initiatives aimed at providing valued assessment programs to facilitate physicians' transition through their licensure process. These programs are critical in ensuring safe patient care in Canada.
