Dr Megan Kalucy is a psychiatrist with 25+ years of experience working predominantly in the public sector, with research experience using both quantitative and qualitative methodologies. As an Education Focussed academic in the UNSW School of Psychiatry she leads undergraduate psychiatry education in the Medicine program as well as Foundations, the first course in the medicine program, and co-convenes the Clinical Transition Course. She has a clinical background in youth and adult mental health and appreciates the benefits of learning and working in an inter-professional context for achieving better personal and patient outcomes.
