Nick Yaghmour serves as Director, Resident Experience, Well-Being, and Milestones Research at the ACGME. Currently he is studying the relationship among resident wellness, learning, and satisfaction with training as well as interviewing residents about their Milestones experiences. Prior to working at the ACGME, he worked as Clinical Research Associate in the Oncology Department at North Shore University Health Systems and as Field Operations Supervisor for the U.S. Census Bureau. Mr. Yaghmour holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Biology and Psychology from the University of Kansas and a Masters of Public Policy from the University of Chicago. Nick is currently a PhD candidate int the School of Health Professions at the University of Maastricht.
