Patrick Hu
Professional Bio
Patrick Hu is an oncologist and physician-scientist who studies cellular and organismal stress responses and their influence on aging and development. He earned his M.D. and Ph.D. degrees from New York University Grossman School of Medicine and trained in Internal Medicine at the Johns Hopkins Hospital and Adult Oncology at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Mass General Brigham. He was a faculty member at the University of Michigan prior to moving to Vanderbilt University Medical Center in 2016, where he is an Associate Professor in the Departments of Medicine and Cell and Developmental Biology. He also directs the Physician-Scientist Training Program/Harrison Society in the Department of Medicine.
