Raghdah Al Bualy
Professional Bio
Raghdah Al-Bualy is Acting Director of the Graduate Medical Education Department and Head of the Assessment and Performance Section at the Oman Medical Specialty Board (OMSB). She is involved in assessment process monitoring and development of tools for 19 residency and 5 fellowship training programs at OMSB as well as accreditation by Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education International (ACGME-I). Raghdah works closely with program leaders, directors and Clinical Competency Committee (CCC) members. She plays a leading role in training physician faculty and leaders. Over the years, she has conducted faculty development courses and workshops, and reached over 400 faculty and program leaders. Raghdah obtained a Master of Science in Health Professions Education (MHPE) from Maastricht University, the Netherlands. Raghdah is also a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) graduate, and Fulbright program alumni. She worked at the Education Institute at the Cleveland Clinic, Ohio, USA. Her research interests are in assessment design and implementation, faculty development and co-creation of education. To further develop her experience in medical education, Raghdah is currently a doctorate degree candidate at Maastricht University.
