Rashmi is Associate Professor (Assessment & Teaching Development) in the Medical Education Unit at the University of Western Australia. Her interests extend into teaching and leadership development where she has published several articles/book chapters in recent years. Her 25 years’ experience as an educator in higher education include head of research education, academic development and course and unit coordinator in multiple education units (postgraduate & undergraduate). She is the recipient of a Vice Chancellor’s Teaching Award for Postgraduate Teaching.
