Rebecca is a PhD candidate and Research Assistant in Medical Education at Keele University. Following her Undergraduate Psychology degree at the University of Glasgow, she pursued her Psychology MRes with Manchester University which ignited and developed her passion for research methods and statistical analyses. Her PhD work developed and tested an intervention, called Video-Based Benchmarking, that intends to reduce assessor variability in Objective Structured Clinical Examinations in Medical Education. Her current research project builds on the foundation of her thesis, further testing this intervention in a multi-school context.
