Professor Kemp is Deputy Dean, Innovation and Scholarship, Medical Education at the Graduate School of Medicine, University of Wollongong, Australia. She is an education scientist and earned her PhD in Educational Studies at the University of Sheffield, UK. She is Professor of Medical Education and has expertise in curricula design, assessment, pedagogies, learning, programme evaluation, and educational technologies, specialising in medical and health professions education.
