Sarah is Lecturer and Education Coordinator at the Monash Centre for Scholarship in Health Education (MCSHE). Sarah graduated with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics in 2007 from Deakin University. She went on to work in a variety of dietetic and health promotion roles in community health on the Mornington Peninsula and inner eastern suburbs of Melbourne. In 2013 she returned to study to complete her Bachelor of Nutrition (Honours) at Monash University and completed her PhD in 2019. Her current research interests include applications of policy analysis within health professions education, health professions accreditation and international dietetic accreditation. Sarah is a passionate supervision and feedback educator. She has been involved in supervision training at Monash University since 2014.
