I completed my Doctorate in Medical Education from the University of Warwick, UK, in 2012. I started my career by working as a Research Fellow in the School of Medicine, University of Dundee, UK. I joined as a faculty member in the department of Health Professions Education, contributed and supported in development and assessment of programs at undergraduate and postgraduate at Aga Khan University, Pakistan. Presently I am working as a Professor and Program Director of the Masters' in Health Professions Education at Dow University of Health Sciences, Pakistan. Recently I have been awarded as the Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy UK.
