Professional Bio
Radhika Sreedhar is an Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine, Director Curricular Integration and Assistant Internal Medicine Sub-Internship Director at the University of Illinois College of Medicine-Chicago. She leads the Evidence Based Medicine (EBM) Subtheme for all three campuses of the University of Illinois College of Medicine, is the Course Director for Body Systems and Homeostasis block and Co- director for electives in Artificial Intelligence in Medicine and Pharmacogenomics at University of Illinois College of Medicine. She has held positions of Associate Program Director at several internal medicine residency programs including University of Illinois Chicago. She completed a Master’s degree in Preventive Medicine and Environmental Health, from University of Iowa, received her M.D. degree from University of Madras and completed her internal medicine residency at Rush-Westlake Hospital in Illinois. She has received awards for outstanding teaching from several institutions and has been involved in teaching residents and students since 1999 prioritizing physical examination skills, critical thinking, application of evidence at the bedside and engaging in safe transitions of care. She has been engaged in several inter-professional projects and collaborates with other disciplines to take medical education to the next level.
