Sue is the Director of the Ballarat Clinical School with a background in medical education spanning 15 years. She is also the Unit Chair for the final year of the Deakin MD Program. Sue has a keen interest in work placed based assessments (WBAs) that mirror real-world contexts ensuring graduates are well prepared for the transition from medical student to intern. Another keen interest is developing and supporting opportunities for medical students to experience an authentic exposure to rural and regional healthcare settings with the aim of increasing the rural and regional workforce.
