Professor Russell Franco D’Souza is currently the Dean and Professor of Psychological Medicine at the International Institute of Organizational Psychological Medicine based in Australia, the UK and the USA and Director of The International Department of Medical Education of the UNESCO Chair in Bioethics Haifa. He initiated UNESCO's reformed evidence-based teaching and assessment methodology for bioethics teaching in medical and health professions education at universities globally.
